German Clearing Office attached to this Department, together

with a copy of a letter and also forwarding a copy of Dr.

von Friedberg's letter, to the Foreign Office, and to request

that, in view of the statements contained therein, copy

thereof may be transmitted to the local authority concerned

in Hong Kong.
